We offer shipping to most major US and Canadian cities. If there is a DragonEbikes Authorized Dealer in your area, you can pick up your eBike or medical scooter from the Dragonebike Authorized Dealer fully assembled and inspected. If we do not have a dealer in your area, we will ship direct to your door. We will provide a shipping quote for all eBikes and medical scooters.

All orders will be shipped via our preferred shipping method to your address. If your city is outside our regular coverage area, we will contact you and provide a shipping quote. We will not charge your credit card until you approve any additional shipping charges. If you prefer not to continue, we will cancel the order.

If we have to ship direct, all two wheel eBikes and medical scooters are shipped in the manufacturers packaging and will require assembly, inspection and testing; our three wheel eBikes are shipped fully assembled and tested. All assembled eBikes and medical scooters shipped are eligible for our Comprehensive 1 Year Warranty Program. In some cases, assembled and tested 2 and 3 Wheel eBikes can be picked up at our warehouse in Halifax, Nova Scotia or Etobicoke, Ontario by appointment only. All orders are shipped by our preferred shipping method within 1 to 3 weeks depending on availability of the product. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Shipping time will vary on location and shipping method. Some shipping delays are beyond our control such as weather and delivery errors. In order to ensure your order arrives promptly please re-check your ‘ship to’ address and contact numbers. Packages shipped with an incorrect address are subject to a $25.00 non-refundable correction fee, which involves the cost of handling but not the cost of re-shipping. The Customer is subsequently responsible for shipping and handling charges in order to re-ship your package.

Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. Out of stock orders will be held “open” until item is restocked and will be shipped immediately upon arrival. If you order an out of stock item we will notify you immediately and cancel your order if you prefer not to wait until our next shipment arrives.

The customer is responsible for all fees pertaining to refused shipments of products initially purchased by customers. However, if there is apparent damage to the packaging and the products as witnessed by the shipper in writing only on the weigh bill, the shipment can be refused and Dragon eBikes will re-ship your product as soon as possible.
